What to Expect During Your Free Skin Cancer Screening

A skin cancer screening provides an opportunity for a licensed dermatologist or medical professional to visually examine your skin for any suspicious moles, growths, or other unusual lesions on your skin. Most skin exams take just 10-15 minutes and can be imperative in detecting different types of skin cancer at their most treatable stage.

A skin screening may also be beneficial for you if you suffer from any of the following:

Eczema
Rosacea
Dry Skin
Acne
Precancerous Lesions
Warts
Rashes

All skin screenings are conducted in the privacy of one of our exam rooms at a Florida Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers location near you. If any suspicious lesions are found during your free skin cancer screening, you will be given follow-up recommendations from our team. In addition, you will receive educational information about skin cancer prevention and early detection.
